Recently I authored an article regarded with the timing of the Rapture. It was part one in an article series, and addressed the three primary Pre-Psalm 83 views about the event. This article can be viewed here.

For part two I thought to try something different. Part two addresses the Pre-Ezekiel 38 viewpoint about the Rapture’s timing. But, rather than doing a typical exposition, I’m presenting an unedited excerpt out of my upcoming book called Revelation Road.

Rev - Road begins as a novel but includes a full chapter-by-chapter "Companion’s Commentary" section. In the commentary I explain why I declared what I did within the novel portion of the book. The Big Squeeze Against Israel!

This week on Prophecy Update Radio Bill Koenig and Bill Salus talk about the “Big Squeeze” being put on by the international community against Israel. Israel is experiencing unprecedented pressure to divide the land in order to achieve peace with the Palestinians.

The Quartet can’t get the Jews and Palestinians to make peace, and as such, the U.N. will have to decide whether or not to approve a Palestinian State this September. The Obama Administration wants Israel to divide its land and recede back to its pre-1967 borders but Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says no way.

On May 24, 2011, before the U.S. Congress, Netanyahu declared that the land in question was not up for grabs. Summarily, Netanyahu addressed several key points relative to Israeli demands for peace,

1. Jerusalem WILL be the undivided capital of the Jewish State,

2. Millions of Palestinian Refugees WON'T be returning inside Israel,

3. The Palestinians MUST recognize Israel's right to exist as the sovereign Jewish State,

4. The Hamas – Fatah unity agreement MUST be abolished,

5. Palestinian unilateral attempts at Statehood through the United Nations MUST cease,

6. Israel maintains the RIGHT to defensible borders,

7. The Israeli demographic population changes since 1967 MUST be accepted, and

8. Israel WILL monitor Palestinian organizations and operations for national security purposes.

No one expects the Palestinians to approve of Netanyahu's laundry list of needs above. According to Genesis 12:3, Obama’s pressure could prove to be a costly mistake for Americans. War or peace; what’s next in the Middle East? And, what’s in store for America’s future?

Israel Strikes it Rich Someday!

Ezekiel 36:8-12 informed that upon their return, the land of Israel would be tilled, sown, and become extremely fruitful. Ezekiel declares the historic ruins would be rebuilt and the ancient cities repopulated. In these passages, he predicts the Jews will be more prosperous than at any prior time in their history. This is a startling prediction considering the land of Israel lay mostly desolate between A.D. 70 and May, 1948 when Israel was restored as the Jewish State.

Those Surrounding Israel To Be Devoured!

The prophet Zechariah informs us in chapter 12 that those peoples surrounding Israel, will someday be devoured by Israel. The key to understanding portions of his prophecy rests in recognizing the direct correlation between Zechariah 12:2 and Zechariah 12:6.

Is the Arab Spring Setting up for Winter War?

Why did Christ Die for those Predestined to Hell?

Question & Comments to Bill: Dear Bill - Do we both agree that all of God's judgment and wrath fell upon Jesus at the Cross for all mankind? If God foreknew and predestinate whom would be conformed to the image of the Son, then why did God include all the non-believer's wrath and judgment upon Jesus if God predestinated their calling into hell? Wouldn't God's wrath and judgment pour out on all non-believer's that His Son had to endure be executed in Hell?

I have been praying to God about this for the last few days and was led to present the question to you. Why not just place upon Christ the wrath of those souls that would not be ashamed and end up before Christ at His judgment Seat. Why include all of mankind when many are called, but few are chosen?

God knows who is going to Hell. Why was Jesus subjected to those who will spend eternity in Hell's wrath of God? Why not only those that are chosen to be sons of God?

Will Arab Protests Result in Mideast Wars?

Arab protests continue spreading like wildfires throughout the Middle East. Many liberal pundits hope this promotes freedom and democracy throughout the region. However, while Americans wait for Mideast dust to settle and new Arab governments to form, they are experiencing pain at the pumps. Gas prices rose 26 times in 27 days in parts of California in the month of February, 2011.

This week on Prophecy Update Radio Bill reminds the listeners Mideast events could signal the Israeli War Prophecies are about to occur. He suggests the unrest might be the Lord's way of telling humanity; “You have had 62-years since Israel became a nation; international community, and you’ve botched it and made it worse, and they have high-tech arsenals that can decimate the Jewish State pointed at the Jewish State.

Furthermore he adds, And I think the Lord’s going to step in at this point, and I don’t think we’re going to see an international peaceful resolve to this matter. I think it’s going to break out into wars and the peace Israel so desperately needs and wants to achieve they’ll have it and they’ll dwell securely in order for Ezekiel 38 & 39 to occur. But, it won’t be through politically brokered land for peace deals. I think it’s going to be a mess in the Mideast!”

Egypt's 40-Year Desolation

Dear Mr. Salus, Greetings in the Name of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. In reading some of your articles it is clear you believe Psalm 83 precedes Ezekiel 38. I’m puzzled about some prophecies regarding Egypt in the end time's. Could you please answer the following questions?

Q. Ezekiel 29:12-13 says Egypt is made desolate for 40 years, has this happened in history?

Q. Isaiah 19:23 says there will be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt. When do you believe this finds fulfillment?

Q. Isaiah 19:18 says 5 cities in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan. Has this happened in history?

Ezekiel Predicts 40-years of Egyptian Deportation

“I (the Lord) will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate; and among the cities that are laid waste, her cities shall be desolate forty years; and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations and disperse them throughout the countries.” (Ezekiel 29:12, nkjv)

Ezekiel tells us Egyptians will be scattered among the nations and dispersed throughout the countries for forty years. No historical record or archaeological finding has yet confirmed an Egyptian (40-year) deportation similar to those experienced by Israel’s, (400-year Egyptian bondage, 70-year Babylonian captivity, or 1878-year worldwide diaspora.)

According to the Jewish historian Josephus, Egyptians went into captivity after Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon conquered Egypt, which occurred around 568 B.C. However, it is difficult to confirm the length of the Egyptian deportation. Thus, 40-years of Egyptian deportation might still be a pending prophetic event.

Additionally, Isaiah 19 seems to connect with Ezekiel’s prophecy. (See the three related articles discussing Egypt and Isaiah 19 linked below.) Is Egypt about to experience a desolation brought on by the Arab –Israeli War described in Psalm 83?

This implies Jews, Muslims, Protestants, Hindus, and Buddhists must convert to Catholicism. Is this why the Vatican is presently reaching out to world religions?

Is Egypt in Psalm 83?

Most modern day equivalents of the Psalm 83:6-8 participants are easily identifiable today. Clearly, the territories of Edom, Moab, and Ammon represents modern day Jordan. Furthermore, Tyre still exists in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip is located in ancient Philistia. However, Egypt is more difficult to identify causing some scholars to question its existence in the Psalm. (Read Article Now)

The Treasured Ones of Psalm 83

Comment - Dear Mr. Salus - I regularly receive emails from Bible Prophecy and as a matter of fact, I pray Psalm 83 every night for the total defeat of Israel's satanic enemies. Regarding your article "Is the Church Identified in Psalm 83?" I would like to bring the following to your attention. In my Bible Ps.83.3 reads as follows:

"They are making secret plans against your people; they are plotting against those you protect."

I feel that this translation of vs.3 is far more descriptive, especially in light of current events that are leading up to Psalm 83, which I believe will be the next "happening" in the prophetic mid east calendar. Jeremiah to today's Israel: No 2-State Solution!

In the above passage Jeremiah appears to issue a stern warning to the modern-day state of Israel not to believe the smooth words of the descendants of their ancestral brothers. The subjects of the prophecy for the most part are the Jews, Saudis and Palestinians. Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak recently turned 82 and reportedly has cancer. The Muslim Brotherhood is alive and well planning for the opportunity to seize control of Egypt upon his passing. Isaiah 19:4,16-18 talks about a transition in leadership that divides Egypt on the subject of Israel. Egypt is in Psalm 83 under the banner of the Hagarenes.

Greater Israel - God's One State Solution

Many Christians teach that Jesus Christ soon returns to earth in a Second Coming. They believe that upon his return he establishes a 1000 year messianic kingdom in a restored Garden of Eden type world. Furthermore, they predict Israel at that time will increase to about 10 times its present size in fulfillment of the Genesis 15:18 prophecy.

This Genesis promise grants to Abraham, the patriarchal father of the Jewish people, the enormous landmass existing today between the Nile River in Egypt and the Euphrates River in Iraq and Syria. Since 90% of this land is presently possessed by the Arabs many Christians fail to consider the possibility that Israel may annex some of this territory even prior to the return of Christ.

Similarly, these days humanity generally views Mideast events through this limited lens of a lesser Israel. The world's geopolitical focus is fixated upon this struggling-to-survive tiny Jewish State. The international community continues to beseech Israel to trade land for peace with the Palestinians. As such, they call for the implementation of a 2-State solution. Such a solution intends to keep Israel boxed into its present lesser Israel size and status.

However, this week on Prophecy Update Radio host Bill Salus reminds us that God has plans for a Greater Israel and a 1-State Solution. In this two part radio series Salus suggests, that according to the prophecies related to Psalm 83, Israel will begin its territorial expansion even before the second advent of Jesus Christ.

Tensions in Lebanon Hinder Mideast Peace!

Departing with a sense of accomplishment, Saudi King Abdullah left Cairo and headed for a historic Beirut conference with Syrian President Bashar Assad and Lebanese President Michel Suleiman. King Abdullah had not visited Beirut since March of 2002 at which time he had pitched his peace plan to the Counsel of Arab States. This extremely pro-Arab peace plan was accepted by the Arabs at the time. However this trip, somewhere in the 363 mile shuttle between Cairo and Beirut, Abdullah’s previously endorsed peace plan lost its importance and sense of urgency as the Saudi King was forced to abruptly shift his focus toward mounting tensions in Lebanon. Could Mideast War Adversely Affect Americans?

Military experts are seldom asking anymore if Israel will pre-empt a strategic strike upon Iran’s nuclear site(s). Mostly, they now ponder the possibility that a strike is imminent and potentially disastrous for world economies still struggling from the global financial crisis. Such a strike runs the real risk of opening a Pandora’s Box in the Middle East and one of the casualties could be the flow of oil presently coursing steadily through the Strait of Hormuz. Iran’s apocalyptic minded president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has publicly threatened the closing of Hormuz in retaliation for an Israeli or American strike upon his country. Additionally, two significant correlating events made the news in May, 2010. First, the Islamic Republic of Iran warned that it would launch terrorist attacks and suicide strikes inside of America in the event of a strike upon Iranian soil. Second, the Iranian Navy conducted a massive war exercise in the Strait of Hormuz, and Persian Gulf called “Judgment Day.” This drill reportedly demonstrated Iran’s sole and sovereign ability to control those strategic bodies of water.

Regarding the possibility of Iran playing the “OIL CARD” against America, on September 15, 2009 The Wall Street Journal published a Bret Stephens article entitled “Obama is pushing Israel toward war.” In the article Stephens suggested that a Middle East War could push the price of oil up to $300 per barrel. Lately, on average that precious black gold has been closing between $70 to $80 per barrel. Stephen’s estimate suggests an oil dependent world could be about to experience a spike at the pump of about four times the present amount. Iran still ranks number two behind Saudi Arabia in the OPEC oil cartel, which is responsible for two-thirds of the world's oil supply.

Are Americans, Chinese, and Europeans ready for such a steep increase? Such a dramatic and possibly overnight rise in the price of oil would certainly spill over into the economic essentials of their respective societies. Presently, America is the number one consumer of Oil and China (read more on China/Iran) ranks number two. Americans could expect to feel pain in the waiting lines at the pump and in their pocket books, as increased transportation costs would certainly be reflected in the price of goods sold over the retail counters across the country.

Matthew 24:6 says there will be rumors of war in the end times and current Mideast matters are definitely supporting this prediction. If you put your ear to the ground and eye to the press you can hear the battle cry shouts and observe the deployment of soldiers, heavy military equipment, and deadly arsenals in the Holy Land. Christ, apparently quoting Isaiah 19:2, further prophesied the coming of end time's regional conflicts; "kingdom against kingdom". (Matt. 24:7)

Mideast muscles flex, sabers rattle, and news reports roll off mainstream presses almost daily suggesting Christ was right and Jordan’s King Abdullah’s April 17, 2010 warning of a summertime Mideast war may not be farfetched. Why Arabs Hate Jews!

Present Middle East hostilities between the Arabs and Jews can be traced to a disposition of hatred originating almost four thousand years ago. At that time God made an unconditional covenant with the Hebrew patriarch Abraham. Due to the inherent blessings contained within this covenant, the infamous family characters of the Bible; Hagar, Ishmael, Esau, Moab, Ammon, and Amalek, coveted the contents of this covenant. These jealous individuals and their descendants that followed came to hate the Hebrews, the heirs of this blessed covenant.

Throughout time the neighboring Gentile peoples of the region found it advantageous to embrace rather than resist this adversarial disposition. Ultimately it evolved into a cleverly conceived religious package giving it license to unleash itself in a holy war. The “Jihad”, as it is often labeled, presently underway in the Middle East, finds its justification in Islam, but its roots are in this longstanding hatred.

Great Earthquakes are an End Time's Sign!

About 2000 years ago Jesus warned that just prior to his return the world would undergo a period of cataclysmic contractions that he likened to the birth pains of a woman.

In essence Christ declared that the last days would be characterized by powerful prophetic events that hit humanity with increased frequency and increased intensity, just like the birth contractions before a baby is born.

Earthquakes in various places are occuring at an alarming rate. Could this mean that Christ will return in this 21st Century?

Who seals the 144,000 Jews for Jesus?

Rapture Ready recently posted an excellent article entitled, The Rapture and the Timing of the Two Witnesses by Paul K. (click link to read entire article). I agree with most everything written in this article by the author. I think he did a spectacular job pinpointing the timing of the two witnesses of Revelation 11. However, I would take minor issue with his specific comment highlighted in red below.

"However, with the Pre-Trib Rapture happening, billions of people will suddenly have no one to tell them about Jesus. The Christians will all be gone. However, with the time of the Two Witnesses’ ministry beginning on Day 1 of the Trib, people will be hearing about Jesus despite the disappearance of Christians in the Rapture. I believe it is the ministry of the Two Witnesses that brings to faith the 144,000 male Jews of Revelation 7:1-8. These Jewish men finally believe in Jesus, and realize that the time is short, and while the Two Witnesses minister to Israel, the 144,000 spread out over all the Gentile nations to share Jesus Christ. Someone has compared it to 144,000 Billy Graham’s let loose on the world at once!"

This comment implies that the Rapture is the trigger point of the 7 year Tribulation period. It could correlate with that time frame; however, it is the confirmation of the false covenant crafted by the Antichrist that is commonly understood to be the trigger point of the Tribulation clock.

Furthermore we are told in Revelation 7 that an angel seems to participate in the gospel enlightenment of the 144,000 Jews for Jesus. (click link) to read my article, The Message of the 144,000 future Jews for Jesus

Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal (sphragis) (1) of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, saying, “Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed (sphragizo) (2) the (144,000) servants of our God on their foreheads.” (Rev. 7:2-3)

The Greek words for seal and sealed, strongly suggest that this specific angel plays an active part in the sealing process of the 144,000 witnesses.

We are also told in Rev. 14:4 “These (144,000) were redeemed from among men, being firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.” If the Rev. 11 two witnesses come before the sealing of the 144,000 future Jews for Jesus, then they could be considered the firstfruits of the Post-Rapture period.

I suggest the possibility that the evangelical ministry of the 144,000 commences promptly after the Rapture, but prior to the commencement point of the 7 year Tribulation period.

Who will be Worhiping at the Coming Temple?

Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, “Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there. But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles.” (Revelations 11:1-2; NKJV)

Many believe that the reference above to "those who worship there" alludes to Jews, Christians, and Muslims, all with their differing forms of worship (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam). Most commentators agree that these Revelation 11 passages allude to the future existence of a Third Jewish Temple and its compound.

However, in light of the Pre-Trib Rapture of the Christian Church and soon coming prophetic Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38 Middle East wars, this seems hardly logical. Psalm 83 verses Ezekiel 38 - the Rapture Ready Debate

Bill was involved in an Internet debate as to whether Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38 are one and the same battle. It was sponsored by Raptureready.com. They posted two competing articles on the subject. One from Dr. Beshore, which promotes the two events being the same event, and the other is written by Bill. Additionally please note that the Dr. Beshore article suggests that my hypothesis mandates that the Rapture must occur before the Psalm 83 event and that the Ezekiel 38 episode must occur within the Tribulation period.

Nowhere and at no time have I ever made such declarations. I believe that Psalm 83, Ezekiel 38, and the Rapture are all Pre-Trib events. The Rapture could occur before Psalm 83, or vice versa. I believe both the Rapture and Psalm 83 will probably occur before the Ezekiel 38 prophecy. Furthermore, I believe the Ezekiel 38 invasion of Israel is a Pre-Trib event as well.

My article points out that I believe Psalm 83 precedes the Ezekiel 38 event and that in the aftermath of the Israeli Conquest of the Psalm 83 confederates, the stage becomes set for the coming Ezekiel 38 invasion.

Who are Daniel’s end time’s Kings of the North and South?

Daniel 11:40 foretells the coming of two kings that war against the Antichrist near the end of time. These kings are identified as the “king of the south” and the “king of the north”. Daniel chapter eleven references a “king of the south” eight times and a “king of the north” seven times. Most expositors believe that seven of the eight king of the south references, and six of the seven king of the north, have already found fulfillment in connection with Egypt (south) and Syria (north). Thus the common teaching is that the king of the south is an Egyptian, and the king of the north a Syrian.

Another school of thought regarding the Daniel 11:40 king of the north connects with the Ezekiel 38 Gog of Magog invasion. Some believe because this invasion is led by Russia in the latter years (Ez. 38:8) from the uttermost parts of the north as per (Ez. 38:15), that this king is a Russian rather than a Syrian. What is the true origin and identity of these two end time's kings?

There’s no fooling humanity anymore! Mankind nervously watches current international and Mideast events spin apocalyptically out of control. Relentlessly, the Obama administration pushes for a new Arab State called Palestine. Another indication is the recent implementation of a three-year $20 Million U.S. aid project intended to improve services in the Palestinian occupied West Bank. This American backed campaign earmarks $175 thousand for new roadside signs written only in Arabic and English.

Palestinians long ago eliminated Israel from their children’s textbooks and classroom maps, and now with American approval they intend to remove Israel from their road signs as well. These new markers, which may as well be written in Greek for Hebrew speaking Jews, evidence yet another forced attempt by the Obama administration to force Israel to forfeit land for peace in the Middle East.

Recent polls suggest that Israelis are fed up with American meddling in their national affairs. Among Israeli Jews, Obama runs neck and neck with Iran’s president Ahmadinejad in unpopularity. The Jerusalem post reported on August 27, 2009 that only 4% of Israeli Jews believe President Obama is pro-Israel. This was down from 31% in a similar poll conducted on May 17, 2009. His unprecedented decline in popularity among Israeli Jews suggests a sentiment of American betrayal.

Since Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s important visit to Washington on May 18, 2009, whereby he personally familiarized President Obama about the numerous legitimate existential threats to Israel’s national survival, Obama has,

1. Reached out to 1.5 Billions Muslims.
2. Traveled to Saudi Arabia and Egypt, by-passing Israel.
3. Quoted Islamic scriptures on June 4, 2009 in his pro-Muslim Cairo speech.
4. Declared America is one of the largest Muslim populated world countries.
5. Stated that America is no longer only a Christian, but also a Muslim nation.
6. Pressured Israel to freeze all settlement expansions in the West Bank.
7. Refused to give a green light for Israel to attack Iran.
8. Allowed Iran to continue the development of it’s nuclear program.
9. Authorized non-Hebrew translated roadside signs in the West Bank.

Israelis are genuinely concerned that his above actions imply President Obama has made a calculated choice to befriend some oil rich Arab States and belittle Israel? After all, America is presently experiencing a severe energy and financial crisis and in desperate need of wealthy nations like Saudi Arabia, to fund its national debt and supply its oil.

America’s president unknowingly proceeds politically to accomplish what Iran and many of Israel’s Arab enemies today plot militarily, which is to wipe the Jewish State off of the map.

Many eschatologists, those who study end time events, are warning that three world changing Israeli war prophecies are about to occur. Isaiah 17:1, Psalm 83, and Ezekiel 38-39, usually listed in that order, describe prophetic events that could dramatically shift the balance of Mideast wealth and power into Israel’s favor.

Current unprecedented security threats facing Israel’s national existence not only support the eschatologist's beliefs, but have also forced many world leaders to push peace in the Middle East to the top of their agenda. They want Iran to refrain from developing a nuclear weapon, Israel to freeze settlement expansion in Jerusalem, Gaza, and the West Bank, and the Arab League to normalize relations with Israel and finally recognize its right to exist.

The international community continues to prescribe “Land for Peace” as the way to resolve the age old Arab-Israeli conflict; however the Bible predicts peace will come through military means rather than politically brokered real estate efforts.

Relatively recently a small circle of individuals have injected into the Christian Church a paradigm shift in Antichrist thinking. They advocate that this beastly individual has Assyrian origins. Oddly the book of Daniel, which seemingly issues the most pivotal prophecy regarding the origin of this personage, does not once mention the Hebrew word Ashur, or Ashshur, which is translated as Assyria, or Assyrian. This term is utilized within the Old Testament approximately 135 times; however, Daniel considered by many to be a prophetic authority on the subject of the Antichrist, apparently didn’t feel the Assyrian shoe fit the foot of this coming crazed world leader.

In light of the rumors of war between Israel and Iran these days there is a military intelligence report circulating that is commanding an enormous amount of Christian attention. The contents of this document are contained in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39. These ancient biblical writings forewarn the world that Russia will form a nine-member coalition and invade modern-day Israel. Coincidentally, Iran, formerly known as Persia, is listed within this Russian consortium.

Many eschatologists are suggesting that the fulfillment of this Bible prophecy could occur soon because Russian and Iranian national relations are at an all-time high and Russia is proactively assisting Iran's bid for nuclear weapons.

Adding fuel to the fire, Iran's recently re-elected president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has previously declared Israel should be wiped off of the map, and Israel's present leadership believes that Iran will soon have the nuclear wherewithal to accomplish his Jewish genocidal goal.

Without extending into a detailed Bible study nor an active litany of current Israel and Iran centered military events, the prophetic point of interest is that Russia's confederacy will be divinely defeated, and the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) will confiscate a massive amount of its state of the art weaponry. This conclusion can be drawn from the events described in Ezekiel 38:18-39:9.

This suggests that at some point in the not so distant future, Israel will potentially become one of the most powerful military nations in the world.

Ezekiel 39:9 informs that us in the aftermath of Russia's invasion the Jews will possess much of, if not all of, Russia's, Iran's, Turkey's, Libya's and the other five confederate members' advanced arsenals. This intelligence information suggests that some of these weapons will potentially be nuclear in nature – we are informed that Israel will be converting these weapons into fuel for seven years.

In addition to this massive weapons cache, it is highly possible that Israel will already possess at the time large quantities of the current Syrian, Egyptian, Saudi, Jordanian, Lebanese, Hezbollah and Hamas Arab arsenals as well. As I detail in my book "Isralestine, The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East," Israel will likely conquer these populations and confiscate their weapons prior to the events described in Ezekiel 38 and 39 in conjunction with the Bible prophecy of Psalm 83.

Presently, some Christian leaders are closely examining the staggering ramifications of a Greater Israel coming into existence in the aftermath of the prophetic events described above. For instance, for decades many Bible-based believers have been taught that the Antichrist will create a temporary end-times peace in the Middle East. The general understanding gathered from prophecies contained in Daniel 9:27, Isaiah 28:15,18 and elsewhere is that this charismatic last-days world leader will initiate a false seven year covenant that finally brings peace to the Middle East and protects the Jews from the Arabs and/or vice versa.

However, the new Psalm 83 insights, as Bible prophecy expert Dr. David Reagan (view Reagan / Salus TV interview) calls them, contained in "Isralestine" have many scholars re-thinking their end-times models. It is entirely possible that the powerful prophetic events blueprinted in Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38 and 39 occur prior to the arrival of the Antichrist.

This possibility suggests that his false covenant with Israel is not an Arab-Israeli peace pact since Mideast peace would have already been achieved through the might of the IDF. This new presupposition has eschatologists pondering the possible content of the false covenant from a new Greater Israel prophetic perspective.

If, as Bible prophecy suggests, Israel soon becomes one of the world's mightiest military nations why will they concern themselves with a seven-year covenant, and what might this treaty purpose? To answer these questions one must advance the clock into the geo-political future and replace the struggling-to-survive lesser Israel of today with the mighty Greater Israel of tomorrow.

a) What the IDF and the Israelis would likely be seizing the tactical nuclear weapons (TNW) that the Russian-Iranian nine-nation nuclear-missile coalition would be deploying in that massive invasion. It could include an "exotic" variety of nuclear weaponry complete with ERRB (Enhanced Radiation Reduced Blast)"neutron warheads", and Electromagnetic scalar "tesla howitzers". The Russians could also deploy scalar electro-magnetic weaponry, a technology Israel also possesses, in mobile formations. The IDF victory in the earlier war decimating the Psalms 83 ten-nation Arab-Palestinian coalition a.k.a. tents of Edom as an “exceeding great army” (Ezekiel 37:10) would be empowered by the Lord God of the Universe and the stunning display of Israeli weaponry including her ultra-secret "tesla howitzers" and scalar electromagnetic weaponry.

b) In the unprecedented Divine destruction of the Russian-Iranian nine-member nuclear coalition, vast stocks of fuel cells—the energy power-packs of the land warfare systems that would be left intact in the battlefield. These fuel cells as we know could be the future power-source of many of the land-warfare systems. It is these fuel cells that could be Israel's source of energy (Ezekiel 39:9,10) for the next seven years. The IDF appears to engage in a post-disaster clean-up that is going to be the most complex in all history of human warfare with the battlefield. This "special operations" of clean-up the post-Gog-Magog defeat inferno by the IDF would be in military terms a very "high-end constabulary and post-disaster mop-up operations" creating the atomic cemetery city called Hamon Gog (Ezekiel 39:11)

c) The dramatic and unprecedented scope of God's intervention (which would not even be the moving of His little finger a few micro-millimeters) would simply ravage the coastlands of Russia, Iran and the nine member nuclear coalition (Ezekiel 39:6).

The Gog-Magog coalition’s "joint operations" of an air and land assault against Israel coming from the North-east, North-west land route axis going through Lebanon and a coordinated naval amphibious assault from the Mediterranean from the Syrian ports of Latakia and Tartus which would be teaming with Russian submarines and naval craft-all in place for that one massive assault on Yisrael. The Russians aimed at such an assault in the sidelines of the 1967 War but had to abort it due to the lightening Israeli victory. With the enemy force concentration at its optimum, the IDF would be swamped on all sides as the Russian-Iranian joint land-naval-air forces and nuclear forces would move in unison at the "high end of military interoperability". (Ezekiel 38:16) That would be the very point of "jaws of defeat and obliteration for Israel”; yet in utter total surprise would be the massive unprecedented Divine celestial assault of extra-terrestrial cosmic hailstorms that would rip these forces into utter oblivion. This could cause massive Tsunami on the Syrian-Lebanese coast tossing the coalition's naval armada. What a grand finale of humiliating and grinding defeat for Russia, Iran and the nine member nuclear coalition being powdered to dust and ground to oblivion.

The Lord God sets one enemy against the other when He miraculously saves His Children of Israel. (Ezekiel 38: 21) "And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man's sword shall be against his brother."

I dont anticipate the Russian-Iranian coalition actually assaulting Israel. if it were to do so then Israel would not survive the scope of the joint operations. What is clearly evident in the Word of God is the "knocking out of the bow and arrows" Ezekiel 39:3 meaning the offensive systems are pre-emptively decapitated before their payloads could strike Israel--the implication of this verse is resoundingly clear in the manner in which the Russian-Iranian nine-member coalition land, naval, air and nuclear artillery forces are decimated by the "Divine celestial sledgehammering" combined with the massive explosions of their own ordinance on themselves.

Besides the devastation creates an atomic graveyard of molten human, metal mass that reads that Israel "shall go forth" Ezekiel 39:9 meaning that it would be in the outskirts of Israel and not in Israel. Therefore the physical security of Israel is clearly intact

Looking at this forthcoming scenario, it only makes me to ponder how much more would the Lord God do for us in the Rapture that would perhaps come in the close heels of either the Psalms 83 or the Ezekiel 38-39 prophetic fulfillments.

From shovels to Sherman Tanks, pitchforks to Patriot Missiles, and knifes to Nuclear Warheads, those resilient Israeli Defense Forces (I.D.F.) have managed to defend a nation that for all intents and purposes should have been wiped off the map a few decades ago. Coming out of 1,878 years of worldwide dispersion and the holocaust, the Jews have managed to muster up a mighty military machine that in just sixty-one years now threatens to send Iran’s nuclear program back to the “stone- age”.

Many experts, like eschatologist Hal Lindsey and former U.S. U.N. Ambassador John Bolton, are suggesting that may soon happen. Israel appears readied to knock the nuclear bow temporarily out of Iran’s hand and from my prophetic vantage point this could be a primary reason Iran, formerly Persia until 1935, isn’t listed in the upcoming Psalm 83 confederate invasion of Israel. Persia is omitted from the Psalm 83 bible prophecy but oddly they bare their banner in the Russian invasion of Israel described in Ezekiel 38 and 39, which is an event some scholars, myself included, sequence subsequent to Psalm 83.

It could be that a forthcoming strategic Israeli strike on Iran’s nuclear sites renders Iran of little utility to the Psalm 83 confederates destined to soon assemble and conspire to destroy Israel according to Bible Prophecy.
