"Jumping Jehoshaphat" - Judges Jihad

Part three - Israel Expands, Islam Expires, and Terror Ends

By Bill Salus

<<<< View Jihad Presentation

The terror you inspire... I will bring down, says the LORD. (Jeremiah 49:16, NRSV; abbr. emphasis added)

Stranded in airport security gridlock, travelers helplessly witness guards hold their toothpaste and tweezers hostage for fear of terrorist intent. Dumbfounded, they watch these items carted off to some form of, “hygiene hell in an armored hand-basket”, while considering the hassles “Terrorism” has put upon their daily lives! In this “Age of Turbulence”, as former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan calls it, a world threatened by terror wonders if the Bible foresaw its coming? YES, indeed it did, and in the third, and final part of this study we explore how Jehoshaphat, the Hebrew word for God-Judged, soon jumps all over terrorism, bringing it to an abrupt end!

Jeremiah, the Hebrew prophet, tells us that terror is the inspiration of a deceived mindset. He puts it this way – The terror you inspire and the pride of your heart has deceived you, you who live in the clefts of the rock, who hold the height of the hill. Although you make your nest as high as the eagle’s, from there I will bring you down, says the LORD. (Jeremiah 49:16, NRSV; emphasis added)

“Tiphletseth”, the ancient term Jeremiah utilizes, is translated as a shuddering, or horrific act, (i) and 2600 years ago it proved to be the best word available for describing our terror-plagued world today. Tiphletseth, only appearing this one time within the entirety of scripture, clearly associates TERROR with JUDGMENT!

Who is this terror inspiring, prideful population, Jeremiah says lives in the clefts of the rock, holding the height of the hill, and making their nest among the eagles? In the correlating passage of Obadiah 1:4, we find that they are those who set their nest amongst the stars, which is a Biblical typology for angels and / or the angelic realm. Furthermore, both prophets adamantly declare, that it is from this religiously elevated plateau, wherein “Jumping Jehoshaphat” causes these bad apples to fall. Fortunately, like Obadiah, Jeremiah, uses similar similitude’s from which we can, and should, glean comparative information.

Before analyzing the Hebrew idioms (e.g.-clefts of the rock, ascend like an eagle, and nest among the stars) (ii) remember in ancient times terms like, Palestinians, Hamas, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, Syrians, Iranians, Saudis, Jordanians etc. didn’t exist. These are all primarily 20th century concoctions describing the modern day descendants of the Edomites, Assyrians, Ishmaelites, Ammonites, Moabites, Persians, Philistians, and Tyrians etc. The former prophets were given the difficult task of describing future places, populations, and events without the use of a modern day vernacular. Therefore we must check the archives to ascertain whom these prophets were identifying for us, as deceived perpetrators of terror.

ISRALESTINE, The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East, does exactly that. Several chapters’ identify the Palestinians, as the inspirational source of the tiphletseth, and that divine judgment will be executed upon them, and those that sponsor their tactics of terror. Furthermore, the following Biblical types are presented and expounded upon within the book:

Clefts of the rock – a place of spiritual covering or protection
(Exodus 33:18-23).
Ascend like an eagle
– referring to faith (Isaiah 40:31), divine blessing
(Ex.19:3-4),
and / or a military campaign
(Jer. 48:40-42).
Nest among the stars
– alluding to angels, or angelic realm
(Job 38:7, Revelation 1:20, 12:3-4).

When the prophetic dots are connected, the message becomes clear.
The tandem usage by the prophets of terror (i.e.- tiphletseth), in combination with these specific spiritual typologies, cautions us that Terrorism is a religiously rooted military campaign. It is the offspring of a deceived population, believing their misbehavior is spiritually justified.

Islam did not exist as a world religion when these prophets wrote their warnings to humanity, and yet long ago they adequately and idiomatically foretold of the connection between Islam and Terrorism. Islam was destined to become the wind beneath the deadly wings of terrorism, causing it to ascend to its present worrisome heights. Allah Akbar, referring to the god of Islam being greater than everything, is the final decree of the terrorist en route to his final kamikaze act.

Terrorism is the unconventional method of warfare adopted by the Palestinians, and their Islamic cohorts, when the conventional wars of 1948, 1967, and 1973 failed. It was then, the Arab States realized they needed to antagonize Israel from a new angle. They found an abundant refugee population of Palestinians, more than willing to blow themselves up for the greater good of Allah, and a passport to Islamic heaven.
The international community allowed terrorism to spin out of control by living under the illusion that it was an isolated Middle East problem. Unfortunately, this past decade the world has paid a stiff penalty for its deaf ear foreign policy. No longer has Islamic Jihad limited itself to Jerusalem bus bombings; rather Madrid trains, London subway stations, and New York skyscrapers, have also been successfully struck.
Humanity has been hijacked by Islamic Jihad, just as the prophets predicted. Their message further states, “from there I will bring you down, says the LORD”, suggesting that apart from divine judgment, there is no permanent diplomatic solution in sight.

The judgment, which both Jeremiah and Obadiah describe, affects the Edomite descendants of Esau. Isralestine provides a detailed analysis within the “Whodomite” chapter, as to who these modern day equivalents are. As you read this brand new cutting edge book, you will discover how, who, when, why, and where "Jumping Jehoshaphat" Judges Jihad, and in so doing makes an END of TERROR!

Isralestine is a fascinating book about end time prophecy in the Middle East. The Lord has given the author a gift for understanding and applying ancient Hebrew prophecies to our day and time. The book is well researched and well written. It is not sensationalist in nature, nor is it wildly speculative. It is biblically based and contains some NEW INSIGHTS that help make sense of end time prophecies. I highly recommend it to all who are interested in understanding what God is doing in the Middle East today and what His plans are for the future of all the nations in the region.”

PROPHECY IN THE NEWS ISRALESTINE REVIEW

ISRALESTINE

The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East

By Bill Salus

5 STAR - Book Review By Bob Ulrich

© Prophecy in the News
Posted: 9/1/ 2008

There’s a war on the horizon. The student of prophecy can feel it in his bones as the prophetic warnings of the Old Testament prophets come into view. Just recently, Russian tanks swept across the landscape of democratic Georgia, destroying everything in their path as the Georgian people begged for mercy. Russia has also claimed ownership of the North Pole and the rich mineral rights that go along with it. Oil is the new gold. And the Cold War is over, right?
Russian strongman, Vladimir Putin, has completed his term as Russian President, but somehow, he’s kept his hands on the Russian military machine. The Russian Bear is on the move again and its pockets are lined with increasing oil revenues, likely generated from America’s attempt to fight worldwide terrorism.
On another war front, Iranian madman, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, continues to threaten Israel with annihilation, as his country moves down the perilous path to nuclear capability. Ahmadinejad seems to have a death wish, purposely rattling his saber in hopes of creating and apocalyptic scenario that would leave Iran in the good graces of the Mahdi, the Muslim Messiah. Russia and Iran are perfect partners for the last days.

The stage is set, the players are in place and soon, Russia, along with the jittery, Iranian posse, will attack little Israel and get the surprise of a lifetime! Yes, it’s the Battle of Gog and Magog that many of us think could be right around the next bend in the road.

But according to Bill Salus, author of Isralestine: The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle Ease, you need to read the Old Testament again. Salus says that Obadiah, Zephaniah, and Zechariah had some major things to say about today’s warmongering in the Middle East. Suffice it to say that the ancient hatred between Israel and its biblical neighbors has been fast forwarded to the 21st century and a new battle of long time enemies may be about to begin.

According to the author, there is a big war on the horizon, but not the one you expect. Salus takes us to Psalm 83 and introduces us to what he believes is the regional war that must take place before Russia and Iran come down against Israel:

“They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel be no more in remembrance. For they have consulted together with one consent; they are confederate against thee” (Psalm 83:4-5)

J. R. and Gary have been talking about Psalm 83 for many years, along with the destruction of Damascus in Isaiah 17, but someone has finally penned a book on this complicated subject! I don’t think you’ll find another book out there on the preliminary war to the Battle of Gog and Magog. But be forewarned. This book is not without controversy as Salus introduces some unusual ideas on this war, the future of Islam, the future of Israel, and the Palestinian people.

Salus takes us to Ezekiel 38 and points out that Israel's surrounding neighbors are nowhere to be found in the Battle of Gog and Magog. Where are their lifetime archenemies? Syria? Jordan? Egypt? Saudi Arabia? Lebanon? The Palestinians? How could Russia and Iran fight a war against Israel and keep these perpetual antagonists away? According to Bill Salus, it’s simple. At the time Gog and Magog takes place, Israel has already conquered her ancient enemies in a dramatic and convincing military victory, greatly expanding her borders while plundering the wealth of these Arab nations. This is the event that draws Russia and Iran down from the north as they see Israel taking control of the wealth of the Middle East.

Isralestine offers a fantastic summation on the miraculous restoration of the nation of Israel. He builds the foundation of the book around the reliability of the Abrahamic Covenant. Unfortunately, according to the author, 85% of mainline Christian churches are now embracing Replacement Theology, teaching that the church has replaced Israel in God’s future plans. Once you read this book, you won’t be able to even consider that flawed perspective.

The roots of this ancient family hatred can be traced all the way back to the Garden of Eden, but Salus does a great job in showing many Old Testament events in a new light. The fractured relationship between Isaac and Ishmael; the nasty relationship between Sarah and Hagar, and the peculiar relationship between Jacob and Esau will all take on new meaning for you after Salus opens up your eyes to what might have been happening in their world during several well-chronicled, life changing events.

He’ll show you why God chose Israel to be the “apple of His eye,” and why he chose to punish them and scatter them to the four corners of the earth. He’ll explain the Holocaust and show you why the Antichrist has a sequel planned for the Jewish people and why they will be caught off guard. Best of all he’ll show you why God has chosen to bring them back to the Holy Land and restore them to prominence.

While many Christians are looking for a peace treaty between Israel and the Palestinians, Salus is looking for war. Many of God’s ancient prophecies concerning the destruction of Israel’s enemies have yet to be fulfilled, but that could change quickly. God said, “I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curseth thee.” The enemies of Israel need to be on high alert because our covenant-honoring God always keeps His promises.

The Surrender of Allah's Akbar

Part two - Israel Expands, Islam Expires, and Terror Ends
by Bill Salus View Obsession Presentation >>>

For He will reduce to nothing all the gods of the earth…
(Zephaniah 2:11b, NKJV; emphasis added)
The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth shall perish…
(Jeremiah 10:11b NKJV; emphasis added)

The Hebrew prophets Jeremiah and Zephaniah declared approximately 2600 years ago, that their God Jehovah would someday destroy “all the gods of the earth”. Perched atop a lofty god-list inclusive of Satan, Shiva, Vishnu, and hundreds of other imposters, sits Allah. Part two of this three-part study explores the two primary prophetic episodes that extinguish Allah, and expire Islam. In essence we will discover how Allah surrenders his Akbar (i.e.- greatness).

Moments before taking a last breath, many Israelis and Americans were forced to hear the explosive words, Allah, or Allahu Akbar. This chant, often uttered by the Islamic suicide bomber on route to his supposed 70 heavenly virgins, alludes to Allah being greater than everything. This claim, which commonly leads Muslims worldwide into their daily prayers, is about to be proven false. This article estimates the remaining shelf life of Islam at 20 to 30 years, after which humanity will find it futile to further credit Allah with any Akbar.

Psalm 83 –
ALLAH FAILS THE ARABS
In the very near future the world will witness two distinctly differing, and chronologically sequential, invasions of Israel. In both instances the assailants’ populations operate predominately under Islamic influence. The first episode, likely occurring within the next 10 to 20 years, aligns Palestinians, Syrians, Saudis, Egyptians, Jordanians, Lebanese, and associated terrorist organizations, like the Hezbollah, Hamas, and Al-Qaeda (i), in a confederate effort to destroy the Jewish State of Israel. Psalm 83 describes this coming war, and alludes to these populations by their ancestral equivalents: the Edomites, Ishmaelites, Moabites, Hagarenes, Gebalites, Ammonites, Amalekites, Philistians, Tyrians, and Assyrians.

As pointed out in the first of this three-part study, the Israeli Defense Forces (I.D.F.) decimates this confederation. It is in the context of this war that Zephaniah issues his Zenocidal (ii) decree: “The LORD will be awesome to them, for He will reduce to nothing all the gods of the earth; People shall worship Him, Each one from his place, indeed all the shores of the nations.” (Zephaniah 2:11, NKJV; emphasis added)

Prior to issuing this decree against the false gods, Zephaniah 2:4-10 describes the I.D.F. takeover of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, as well as parts of Northern and Central Jordan. As my book Isralestine, The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East points out, additional Arab soil is annexed by the I.D.F. at this time.

The point the prophet makes is that his God, Jehovah, is greater than the Arab god Allah. In ancient times a god was to bless his worshippers in battle, and greatness (Akbar) was awarded to the god of the victor. The subject gods of Zephaniah’s prophecy were, Chemosh and Milcom. These gods, along with numerous others, were abandoned prior to, or forfeited later, in favor of Allah. By the time the 7th century AD rolled around, Allah presided as the undisputed god of these Psalm 83 Arab populations. Hence, in accordance with historical Hebrew precedence, comes the understanding that in bitter defeat Allah will have failed to deliver his Akbar to the Arabs.

Ezekiel 38-39 – ALLAH ABANDONS HIS POST
The I.D.F. conquest, over the Psalm 83 Arab confederates, will be the first of a one-two punch combination that knocks Allah down to the canvas and out for the count. The second devastating blow to the god of Islam is described in Ezekiel 38 and 39. Ezekiel foretells of a time when Gog of Magog, brings together the historical populations of Rosh, Meshech, Tubal, Persia, Ethiopia, Libya, Gomer, and Togarmah, to invade the nation of Israel. This coalition also banners Islam as its common denominator.

This Russian – Iranian led nuclear equipped alliance will be coming after the spoils Israel will possess as a result of their prior victory over the Psalm 83 Arabs. The I.D.F. will be no match for this assault, nor are they intended to be. As per Ezekiel 39:1-8, their God, Jehovah, plans to take care of these adversaries single-handedly, and in the process notify the world that He is alive, well, and powerfully sovereign.

At a recent Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, CA. prophecy conference on May 17, 2008, Joel Rosenberg, the well known author and lecturer, suggested that the day following the conclusion of this prophetic Ezekiel event, should find Muslims hard pressed to remain faithful to Islam. The inference is that the embarrassment of worshipping an obviously incompetent god will cause many to question their Islamic faith. This author is in full agreement with this presumption.

In conclusion, the Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38-39 prophecies present Anti-Semitic end time events having the Islamic fingerprints of Allah upon them. The survival of the Jewish descendants of Abraham is paramount historical proof that Jehovah is a promise keeper. The collapse of the Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38-39 confederacies bring with them the final surrender of Allah’s Akbar. With no god at its future helm, the Islamic Religion shall one day cease to exist.

OPERATION ISRAELI FREEDOM

Part One - Israel Expands, Islam Expires, and Terror Ends

By Bill Salus
Welcome to a three - part Bible prophecy study regarding the coming border expansion of Israel, expiration date of the Islamic religion, and the end of terrorism. Part one addresses the coming expansion of Israel. On a near horizon is the dawn of a new era, bringing with it an enlarged and supercharged Jewish State. The tiny Middle East nation, presently struggling to maintain sovereignty over approximately 8000 sq. miles, is about to face off with two Goliath-like prophetic episodes. Victory over the coming events, described in Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38-39, will catapult the nation Israel into Superpower Status!

Psalm 83:1-8 “OPERATION ISRAELI FREEDOM”

According to Bible prophecy, Israel will soon be forcibly thrust into a massive war. Provoked into its own “Desert Storm” conflict, by the Arab nations listed in Psalm 83, Israel will launch a military campaign that will make the American led “Operation Iraqi Freedom” pale in comparison. OPERATION ISRAELI FREEDOM, as I refer to it, will go down as one of the most successful military campaigns in world history. The Israeli conquest is assured, and in partial fulfillment of Genesis 15:18, the Jewish State will enlarge its borders into portions of Gaza, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. In the aftermath, the following events are foretold to occur:

1. The Border Expansion of the Jewish State.
2. “Exceedingly Great” Status Awarded to the Israeli Defense Forces.
3. The Establishment of Detention Camps for Arab Prisoners of War.
4. Divine Reinstatement of the Jews as “My people Israel”.
5. Achieved National Security for the Jewish State.
6. The Aliyah (Migration) of Additional Jews to the Middle East.
7. The Exploitation of Arab Lands, and Resources (Great Plunder and Booty).
8. The End of the Ancient Arab Hatred.

Details of these aftermath events, supported by numerous scriptures, are presented in the “Exceedingly Great Army” chapter of my new book, ISRALESTINE – The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East, available at http://www.isralestine.net/.

Psalm 83 is an event likely to occur within the next one to two decades. It is a prophecy describing an Arab coalition comprised of Palestinians, Syrians, Saudis, Egyptians, Jordanians, and associated terrorist entities, like Hezbollah, Hamas, and Al – Qaeda. These populations, referred to by their ancestral equivalents in the Psalm, convene and converge in a war strategy aimed at the final elimination of the Jewish State. They [Arabs] say, “Come, let us wipe them [Jews] out as a nation; let the name of Israel be remembered no more!” (Psalm 83:4, NRSV)

Scholars tend to agree that history has not witnessed the final fulfillment of this Arab – Israeli war, suggesting it looms in the not so distant future. Collectively the surrounding Arab nations, inclusive of their terrorist bedfellows, will come against Der Judenstaat (German - The Jewish State) in a genocidal effort of their own. This Arab confederacy will leave Israel no option but to unleash OPERATION ISRAELI FREEDOM. In fulfillment of Isaiah 17:1, the world will likely witness Damascus go up in smoke, as the I.D.F. will be forced to pull the trigger on its best - kept secret weapon!

Jeremiah 12:14-17 GOD’S ROADMAP

In America’s zeal to maintain stability in the “Cradle of Civilization”, its leadership has implemented compromising foreign policy endangering both Jews and Arabs alike. Forcing the nation Israel to sit at a negotiating table with those opposed to her existence is not Biblically endorsed. Israel is destined for a period of prosperity and border expansion, and current proposals by the Bush administration calling for the cessation of, or evacuation from, Jewish settlements will fail and likely bring about adversity to America. Warning signs may already be in place, such as Hurricane Katrina, increased tornado and flood activity, the mortgage lending crisis, and record - breaking Real Estate foreclosure rates.

Pre-existent foreign policy, spelled out in Genesis 12:3, is designed to bless those who support Israel, and curse those who resist. This divine prescription for dealing with affairs between Jews and Gentiles was never abandoned, and is fully operational at present. Additionally, in accordance with Genesis 15:18, the Jews, who Gentiles are to bless, are promised land extending from the Nile River in Egypt to the Euphrates River of Syria and Iraq. The International community has allotted Israel only a small fraction of this holy land for their homeland. This unjust infringement is comparable to forcing Americans to reside in the tiny state of New Jersey, even though they are deserved of the landmass from “Sea to Shining Sea”, the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific.

Blueprinted in Jeremiah 12:14-17, and divinely implemented in the 20th Century, is God’s Roadmap Plan for Peace in the Middle East. His plan calls for the Palestinians to leave Israel and resettle in the lands of their ancestry. He promises a fertile future to those Arabs who obediently adhere. His Roadmap plan further requires that the Palestinians, and their Arab cohorts, support Israel, abandon their Allah worship, and turn their affections toward Him, Jeremiah’s God, Jehovah. If they fail to do all the above, then a severe reprisal will be levied for their national disobedience: “But any nation who refuses to obey me [Jeremiah’s Jehovah] will be uprooted and destroyed. I, the LORD, have spoken!” (Jeremiah 12:17, NLT; emphasis added)
Digesting all of the above, the following conclusions can be drawn:

1. The Psalm 83 nations will confederate against Israel in non-compliance with God’s Roadmap plan.
2. Present American Middle East peace efforts will fail to prevent an Arab – Israeli war.
3. The Arab states listed above are destined for divine judgment.
4. Israeli Defense Forces will shock the world with a show of superior strength.
5. The Jewish State will expand its sovereignty over captured Arab soil.
6. The world will witness Israel become one of its wealthiest nations.
7. Peace in the Middle East will be achieved militarily rather than politically.

Psalm 83 or Ezekiel 38, Which is the Next Middle East News Headline

By Bill Salus

These days there is much talk centered upon the future timing of the Russian and Iranian led invasion of Israel, foretold in the Bible prophecies of Ezekiel 38 and 39. Due to the newsworthy events that are presently occurring, whereby Russian and Iranian relationships are ever strengthening, prophecy buffs are appropriately attempting with god-speed, to connect the prophetic dots.

For those of you who are not familiar with today’s most prevalent prophetic news pervading the Christian and Jewish scholarly communities, you should study Ezekiel 38 and 39, with the understanding that it alludes to a nuclear equipped Russian – Iranian led confederacy, which forms to invade the nation of Israel in the end times.

Although scholars are somewhat split as to who all the other enjoining coalition member nations are, they all tend to agree that no explicit reference is made to the inclusion of Palestinians, Syrians, Egyptians, Lebanese, or Jordanians. Furthermore Saudi Arabians apparently abstain from enlisting themselves in the fight alongside Russia, Iran, Turkey, and the additional consortia of nations. The absence of these above listed predominately Arab populations tends to perplex the scholars, often causing them to postulate, rather than promulgate as to the reasons why.

In their zeal have the prophecy buffs managed to put the colloquial cart before the proverbial horse? Certainly the events described in Ezekiel 38 and 39 are slated to arrive soon, but are they indeed scheduled next? There exists a litany of questions that should be appropriately answered before any scholar dare flip the pages of the prophetic calendar forward to the date of this Goliath Ezekiel event. Newspaper exegesis makes for sensational reporting, but has no inherent ability to accelerate the final fulfillment of a Bible prophecy.

Before we list the flurry of questions, let’s ponder the most obvious one, which is; why are the Palestinians, and their Arab neighbors from Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan, not declared by Ezekiel to be enlisted members in the Russian – Iranian led coalition? These are the nations that have proven to be the most observable opponents of the Jewish State, since its inception in 1948. It is through much of their Arab soil, that Russia, Iran, and their cohorts intend to travel in order to invade Israel. This question will be answered further on in this article, but for now let’s explore the following additional questions.

Is Israel:

1. A people dwelling securely, yashab betach in the Hebrew language? (Ezek. 38:8)

2. A people dwelling without walls? (Ezek. 38:11)

3. A nation at peace in the Middle East? (Ezek. 38:11)

4. One of the wealthiest nations in the world? (Ezek. 38:13)

5. A people who have acquired "great plunder"? (Ezek. 38:13)

6. Recognized as a Sovereign Nation, by the international community? (Ezek. 38:8)

These questions address some of the prerequisite conditions required for the stage to be appropriately set for the Russian – Iranian led nuclear equipped invasion of Israel. Furthermore Ezekiel 38:8 describes the Jewish people, as being regathered from the nations of the world, and returning to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. Though the Jewish people are being restored back to their ancient promised land, the honest answers to the above questions are, in each case No!

Israel is not dwelling securely; In the summer of 2006, they had over 4000 rockets fired upon Haifa and other northern locations out of Lebanon from the Hezbollah. Additionally, the Hamas are still a constant threat from the Gaza area. Then of course there were the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, and 1973. Likewise Israel is not a people dwelling without walls; to the contrary, they have constructed a huge 25 foot high, soon to be 403 miles long, wall in the midst of their land, intended to partition Palestinian terrorists away from Israel proper.

No it does not appear as though Israel is presently a nation at peace in the Middle East, whose sovereignty is officially recognized by all their Arab neighbors. Neither has Israel become one of the wealthiest nations in the world, as a result of acquiring "great plunder", which Biblically alludes to the spoils obtained as the result of a war. In fact Israel continues to forfeit land, their most valuable asset, in an attempt to obtain peace with their Arab neighbors.

So then if the prerequisite conditions are not yet come into alignment for the final fulfillment of the Ezekiel 38 and 39 prophecies, what is the next major ground shaking prophetic event foretold to unfold in the Middle East? What dare the Bible say will happen in the most perplexing region on planet Earth? Will it be an event that serves to bring Israel into appropriate - alignment with the stage - setting requirements that facilitate the fulfillment of Ezekiel’s Russian – Iranian led invasion?

Yes, now we have some Yes answers to introduce. Yes something else of epic proportion is foretold in the Bible to occur in the Middle East! Yes its conclusion will bring forth the announcement that the world theater is now readied for the nuclear equipped advance of the Russian – Iranian led invasion. Yes, it does adequately answer the fundamental question of why the Arab populations listed above are nowhere to be found in the Russian – Iranian coalition. Are you ready?

There is destined to be an Arab – Israeli war as per Psalm 83. An Arab confederacy consisting of Palestinians, Syrians, Saudi Arabians, Lebanese, Egyptians, Jordanians, and all their associated terrorist bedfellows, is destined to form with the explicit mandate of, and I quote; "They have said, Come, and let us [Arabs] cut them [Jews] off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more." (Psalm 83:4, NKJV; emphasis added)

These Arab peoples referred to by their ancient territorial names in Psalm 83, come together in one last crazed attempt to destroy the Jewish State of Israel. This will prove to be a fatal mistake for these Arab confederates. They will meet up with the technologically advanced arsenal of weapons possessed by the powerful army of Israel. It will be a matter of Israel’s survival, and their army will prevail. In victory, Israel finds itself fulfilling numerous prophecies such as:

1. They have become an "exceedingly great army" (Ezek. 37:10)

2. The execution of judgments on those who despise them (Ezek. 28:25)

3. They will then dwell securely (yashab betach) (Ezek. 28:26)

4. They will acquire Arab lands and great plunder (Obadiah 1:19, Jeremiah 49:2)

5. Sovereign International acclaim as "My People Israel" (Ezek. 25:14, 38:14,16)

6. They will become one of the wealthiest nations on earth (Zephaniah 2:7,9 NRSV)

These and many more prophecies find there fulfillment as a result of the Arab – Israeli war, which is certain to come, and is most likely the next major Middle East headline event according to scripture. A more exhaustive understanding of this major event can be found in my book Isralestine, The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East.

Why are the Palestinians and their Arab cohorts not enjoined in the Ezekiel 38 and 39 prophecies? Today’s most observable Arab opponents to the restoration of the nation Israel collectively abstain due to the fact, that they are soon to be decimated by the might of the Israeli Defense Force. How does Israel achieve peace in the Middle East and obtain international recognition as the sovereign Jewish State? It is through military means rather than politically brokered Real Estate deals, such as "The Roadmap Plan". When will the partition wall in Israel come down, and the Jews dwell securely in the Middle East? This will occur when the Jewish State expands territorially, acquires great plunder, and becomes regionally superior.

Digesting the above, Russia and Iran become threatened by what will then be, the new and improved, enlarged and in-charged future Israel. As a result of the Israeli Conquest over the inner circle of the core Arab nations that most closely border Israel today, the Russians and Iranians will promptly invite an outer circle of nations to enjoin their coalition in an attempt to destroy the Jewish State, and capture Israel’s newfound fortunes. It is then, and not before, that the prophecy buffs can safely turn the next page of the prophetic calendar forward and warn the world, that the events of Ezekiel 38 and 39 are about to reveal themselves.

The Message of the 144,000 Future Jews for Jesus

By Bill Salus

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.[i]

Since the formation of Israel on May 14, 1948, Christians worldwide have stepped up efforts aimed at getting the gospel message out to the Jewish people. Many of these “good news” recipients are hearing for the first time fundamental facts such as, Jesus was a Jew, and, the current outpouring of Christian support for the nation Israel is Biblically based. Sixty years of sincere evangelism has Jews flocking to Jesus in record numbers. Yet scores more remain undecided, or uninformed, about the messianic claims of Christ.

Among this latter grouping, are 144,000 Jews destined for spiritual greatness. They will witness the Christian Church vanish from the earth in a twinkling of an eye,[ii] which is the likely event prompting them to realize that Jesus Christ was, is, and will always be the Messiah! Left behind,[iii] these individuals will commence to administer the gospel of Christ in a perilous period of time.

Revelation 7:5-8 identifies these future evangelists by their ancient tribal origins. From each of the following twelve tribes come 12,000 members who commit themselves toward godly servitude: Judah, Reuben, Gad, Asher, Naphtali, Manasseh, Simeon, Levi, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, and Benjamin. According to Revelation 7:9-10, these 144,000 witnesses turn out to be instrumental in escorting many end time souls to salvation.

Curiously, these twelve tribal patriarchs are not listed in their chronological birth order. Since the Bible normally identifies genealogies chronologically, this contrast is attention getting. Judah, listed first, was actually the fourth son of Jacob and his wife Leah, and Manasseh, Joseph’s son, is listed before his father. Similarly the other names are not listed in any apparent order, or are they? Conspicuous scriptural abnormalities like this compel a deeper analysis. A standard starting point of exploration is to discern the meaning of the names to see if they are message-formatted. This method finds application in the case of the 144,000 witnesses.

The Meaning of the Names: Judah- Praise God; Reuben- behold a son; Gad- good fortune; Asher- happiness; Naphtali- my wrestling or struggle; Manasseh- God has caused me to forget; Simeon-hearing; Levi-joining or grafting in; Issachar- God hath given me my hire, or has reinstated me; Zebulun- elevated or elevated position; Joseph- adding or increasing; Benjamin- son of the right hand.[iv]

The Message of the Names: Praise God! Behold a Son of good fortune and happiness. My struggle, God has caused me to forget. Hearing of our grafting in, God has reinstated me into an elevated position, increased by the Son of the right hand.

The Mission Statement: Inherent in these oddly ordered names, appears to be the ministerial message of the 144,000 witnesses. Their “Mission Statement” should read as follows: Praise God for the gospel of Christ, a Son of good fortune and happiness. My struggle with sin and the Mosaic Law, God has caused me to forget. Hearing of the mystery of our grafting in with the Gentiles,[v] God has reinstated me into an elevated position of ministry once again, and is increasing those being saved through Christ, the Son of the right hand.[vi]

These post-rapture Jews will be among the “Firstfruits”[vii] of the restored “My people Israel” period. This is a future point in time, whereby the Jewish people regain their former “Client Nation” status. For over 2000 years, in fulfillment of Hosea 1:9, the Jews existed in a “not My people’ condition. The rebirth of the nation Israel in 1948 set the stage for their entitlement reclassification process. They are soon to be reinstated as “My people Israel”.[viii] Forthcoming events that occur during this period of time are detailed in my book, ISRALESTINE, The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East, available at http://www.isralestine.net/.
Briefly stated, with the sudden disappearance of the Christian Church, God’s people Israel, formerly recognized as the “Chosen People”, take center stage once again. Performing in the main arena at the time will be the 144,000 Jewish evangelists. Their faith in Christ, understanding of the Bible, and Christian artifacts like books, commentaries, tapes, videos, songs, and other assorted teachings, will undoubtedly escort them through their end times gospel campaign.

Corresponding with the mysterious exit of Israel’s greatest fan club, the Evangelical Church, comes the daunting realization that the Jewish State is left behind to fend for itself. If not fulfilled beforehand, the Arabs of Psalm 83, and then the Russian – Iranian led coalition of Ezekiel 38 and 39, will each advance against Israel for their piece of the chosen pie.
Against this amazing backdrop, these 144,000 witnesses accomplish one of the greatest worldwide revivals in history. At the cost of a martyr’s death, many will come to accept Christ as their Savior. Therefore, the good news today is that the gospel continues on tomorrow, through the faithful efforts of the 144,000 future Jews for Jesus.

The 83rd Piece Completes the Prophecy Puzzle

by Bill Salus

Astonishingly the final piece of the end-times puzzle was uncovered in, of all places, Ireland on July 26, 2006. An engineer digging up Irish bog-land to create commercial potting soil noticed just beyond the bucket of his bulldozer, a well-preserved ancient parchment. It was Psalm 83, opened up in place and in plain view. Perhaps it is no coincidence that this Psalm that is filled with prophetic content has been dug up, dusted off, and rendered newsworthy in these latter days.

By placing this 83rd piece into proper place, predicted events come into appropriate alignment. This exciting discovery now completes the last days puzzle, enabling the prophecy buffs to confidently forecast the coming Arab-Israeli War, followed by the Russian – Iranian led invasion of Israel described in Ezekiel 38 and 39, and lastly the dreaded “Tribulation Period”.
Located in the Old Testament, Psalm 83 alludes to an Arab confederacy that seeks to destroy the modern day Jewish State of Israel. The Psalmist lists these ancient enemies of Israel by their ancestral names: “The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre: Assyria also is joined with them.” (Psa. 83:6-8, ASV; emphasis added)

Back then labels like Palestinians, Jordanians, Hamas, Hezbollah, Syrians, and Saudi’s, didn’t exist, so it is up to this present revelation generation to locate the whereabouts of these ethnicities today. This map taken out of my new book Isralestine; The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East, identifies these Islamic nations alongside their historical counterparts.

These nations have the tiny Jewish State completely boxed in on every side. Although a temporary and fragile peace exists between, Israel, Egypt and Jordan, the preponderance of these Arabs, don’t recognize Israel’s right to even exist.

Here is how the 83rd piece completes the prophecy puzzle. These predominately Arab groupings, whose ancestors have harbored an ancient hatred of the Jewish people from time immemorial, are going to attempt one final concerted effort to destroy the nation Israel.

The Psalmist puts it this way: “They [the Arab confederates] devise crafty schemes against your [Jehovah] people [the Jews], laying plans against your precious ones. “Come,” they say, “let us wipe out [modern day] Israel as a nation. We will destroy the very memory of its existence.” This was their unanimous decision. They signed a treaty as allies against you” (Psa. 83:3-5, NLT)

This self-explanatory passage informs us that the Middle East conflict of today will escalate into a massive war. This will make the historical Arab – Israeli wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, and 1973, look like cross-town sporting rivalries comparatively. This war will leave Israel no choice but to decimate all of its evil Arab neighbors, and in the process put the world on notice that is has emerged into the “exceedingly great army” foretold to come in Ezekiel 37:10.

Furthermore, the Jewish State will stretch out sovereignty over some of the conquered Arab territories. They will do so in an effort to claim sections of the land their God Jehovah promised to their patriarch Abraham in Genesis 15:18. This potentially puts portions of Egypt on through to Iraq into their Real Estate portfolio. Part and parcel with increased territory comes Jewish possession of Arab resources and the associated spoils of war. Israel will become a much wealthier nation as a result of their conquest, and will begin to dwell securely in what I refer to as Isralestine, and Daniel 11:41 classifies as the “Glorious Land”.

In this post war condition, the Jewish State will appropriately resemble the nation of Israel described in the prophecy of Ezekiel 38:8-13. They will be a peaceful people gathered back into their ancient homeland of Israel, in the latter days. They will dwell prosperously, and securely. This is prerequisite for the stage setting of the Russian – Iranian led coalition described in Ezekiel 38 and 39 that comes to destroy Israel and take over Isralestine.

Pundits have often wondered why the Palestinians and their Arab cohorts, who are the most observable opponents of Israel today, are not enlisted in the Russian – Iranian coalition. The Psalm 83 puzzle piece evidences why; these populations are fragmented at that time. They are reduced to prisoners of war and refugees, and as such, of no military utility to the Russians and Iranians.

Sometime after Israel takes out their Arab neighbors, and becomes one of the wealthiest nations in the world, the cry will go out across the Promised Land, “The Russians are coming, the Russians are coming”! Then the world will witness the God of the Jews execute the destruction of the Russian – Iranian led invasion of Isralestine. These events are described in Ezekiel 39:1-8, and are entirely orchestrated by God, without the assistance of the Israeli army. Thus the Israeli Defense force of today is emerging for the primary purpose of combating the Psalm 83 Arab confederacy.

Completing the prophecy puzzle, the Antichrist enters into the Middle East Theater, in an attempt to neutralize the empowered Jewish State, which at the time will be basking in the glory of two significant victories. The Jews will have defeated the Psalm 83 Arabs, and their God Jehovah will have destroyed the Russian – Iranian led coalition. In essence the struggling Jewish State of Israel today will be a super nation tomorrow!

Ezekiel Can Israel's Dry Bones Fight

Lining bookstore shelves today are numerous books foretelling the coming invasion of Israel, by a nuclear equipped Russian – Iranian led coalition. Relations between Russia and Iran have never been stronger, causing the serious spectator to wonder if this assault is about to happen. Prescribed in Ezekiel 38 and 39, is Israel’s survival, and the confederacy’s demise.

TurningPhotobucket back a Bible page to Ezekiel 37:10, we were told that Israel would someday produce an “exceedingly great army”. This army, the Israeli Defense Forces (I.D.F.) exists today. Although it would appear this army has emerged to engage in the coming Russian – Iranian led conflict, I.D.F. participation in the battle is minimal. Instead, as per Ezek. 39:3-6, divine events collapse this coalition. Justifiably this beckons the question; what future military event earns the I.D.F. “exceedingly great” esteem?

Clues deposited in Ezekiel 37:1-9 help us to discover what necessitated the existence of the I.D.F. These passages inform us that about 2600 years ago the Hebrew prophet was fast-forwarded in time to the 1940’s, whereby he envisioned the holocaust. He saw a valley full of dry bones, which represented the Jewish people in a horrifically grave condition. He was asked, “can these bones live”, or simply put, can the Jewish race survive? Not only will they survive, he was told, but they would be restored to their ancient homeland of Israel, and emerge into an “exceedingly great army”.

By alluding to this army, he causes humanity to ponder its purpose. Why would the surviving Jews need graduate from refugees to soldiers? Amazingly, we see that one failed Arab war upon another has caused the creation of the I.D.F. The enemies of Israel have quickly learned that Ezekiel’s “dry bones” can fight!

By strategically inserting the prophecy of Psalm 83 somewhere between the events of Ezekiel 37:1-13 and Ezekiel 38, we come to recognize the primary purpose of Ezekiel’s emerging army. Psalm 83 tells us that the Arabs are going to follow on the heels of the Germans with a genocidal attempt of their own. This Psalm foretells the future development of a predominately Arab confederacy that will soon seek to destroy the Jewish state and erase the name of Israel from the map forever.

Although the Israeli Defense Forces do not play a major role in Ezekiel 38 and 39, they will face off with an Arab confederacy, comprised of Syrians, Saudis, Palestinians, Jordanians, Egyptians, Lebanese, and their associated terrorist entities, like the Hezbollah and Hamas. Coincidentally these populations are not listed in the Russian – Iranian coalition of Ezekiel 38. As a modern day map of the Middle East depicts, they have Israel surrounded. According to numerous scriptures, Israel will go ballistic and soundly defeat this confederacy. In victory the Jewish army achieves the title of becoming “exceedingly great”!

Greater detail can be obtained about the coming Arab – Israeli war in my new book ISRALESTINE - The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East, available at http://www.isralestine.net. Passages depicting the expansion of Israel, destruction of Damascus, surrender of Jordanian sovereignty, final fate of the Palestinians, and many other related events are detailed within the book.

Destiny designed the emergence of the I.D.F. to prevent the destruction of modern day Israel. Ezekiel foretold the arrival of these Israeli Defense Forces. Now the only thing that stands between Ezekiel’s dry bones army and its “exceedingly great” title, is the Israeli Conquest over the Psalm 83 Arab Confederacy.

God's Roadmap Plan to Peace in the Middle East

by Bill Salus
http://billsalus.com/

The epicenter, as author Joel Rosenberg calls it, in the Middle East continues to shake, quake, and bake the International Community. Daily news headlines emanate from the world’s most problematic region, like magnitude 6.0 aftershocks on the “Richter Scale”! The seismic activity of the Arab – Israeli conflict threatens to push humanity over the fault’s edge, and has it wondering if the hourglass has made its final turn.

Are the sands of time nearing their end in the Middle East? One thing is for certain the accelerating volatility in that region has the Bush administration pushing the “Roadmap Plan” to the top rung of the political ladder. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice continues to accumulate more frequent flier miles, making the Middle East her favorite back yard, while President Bush sits at the round table playing “high stakes” poker with Ehud Olmert and Mahmoud Abbas.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the “Performance-Based Roadmap to a Permanent Two-State Solution to the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict” better known as the “Roadmap Plan”, you can read the U.S. Department of State press statement prepared April 30, 2003 online at http://www.state.gov/r/pa/prs/ps/2003/20062.htm (accessed 3/1/08).

To date this plan stands out as humanities best effort to provide a comprehensive solution to a complicated problem. Unfortunately the “Roadmap Plan” attempts to override a more suitable plan already in place. An Architect with Divine fingerprints drafted the perfect Performance-Based plan. It had been sealed up in a Jeremiah prophecy for approximately 2500 years, and was dusted off and implemented in the 20th century.

The prophecy quoted below decrees that at the appointed time, the Jewish people would be re-established in the land of ancient Israel, regardless of how their Arab and Persian partners in the neighborhood feel about the matter. Using the Hebrew vernacular of his time he did his best to describe for us today, God’s Roadmap Plan for Peace in the Middle East.

Thus says the LORD: “Against all My evil neighbors who touch the inheritance which I have caused My people Israel to inherit—behold, I will pluck them [the Arabs] out of their [the Jews] land [Israel] and pluck out the house of Judah from among them [the surrounding Arab nations]. Then it shall be, after I have plucked them out, that I will return and have compassion on them and bring them back, everyone to his heritage and everyone [Jew and Arab] to his [respective] land. And it shall be, if they [the resettled Arabs] will learn carefully the ways of My people, to swear by My name, ‘As the LORD lives,’ as they taught My people to swear by Baal, then they shall be established in the midst of My people. But if they do not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation,” says the LORD. (Jeremiah 12:14-17, NKJV; emphasis added)

This plan represents the compassionate peaceful political solution to the potential regional problem of the return of the Jew into the Holy Land. Jeremiah suggests that his God would cause the corridors to open for the Arabs to leave the land destined to become the Jewish state and return to the lands of their ancestry. In addition, He would resettle the Jews out of the surrounding Arab nations, and bring them back into their homeland Israel. As each ethnic group migrated they would vacate homes and jobs enabling the returning peoples economic opportunities, and in some cases already existing communities to inhabit. These Jeremiah passages represent the ancient blueprints, divinely designed to insure the successful return of the Jewish people back to the land of their heritage.

God’s Roadmap Plan to Peace took into consideration that there would be “evil neighbors” homesteading the holy land. He foreknew they would need be relocated to make way for the return of the Jewish people. The Middle East conflict that confounds the politicians today has not caught God off guard. Provisions were included in Jeremiah’s prophecy for their future as well. They would be “plucked out” and resettled in the lands of their ancestry. A fertile future awaited them, if they entreated their affections to Jehovah, Jeremiah’s God.

In apparent fulfillment of the Jeremiah 12:14-17 prophecy, there are millions of Arabs “plucked out” from the territory formerly recognized as Palestine. For approximately sixty years, these uprooted Arabs have been unable to relocate into an alternative homeland. These Arabs from Palestine have been reduced to a refugee status because their Arab relatives have shut their national doors on them. These Palestinian Refugees remain strategically deployed by their Arab partners close to the borders of Israel.

These Arab nations have cleverly managed to shift the burden of responsibility for the relocation of these refugees, into the lap of the International community, the same community that legislated the re-establishment of the nation Israel as the Jewish State, implemented in 1948. UNRWA the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, was established May 1, 1950 to find a solution to this refugee problem.

By not taking responsibility to absorb the Palestinian Refugees into their societies, these Arab nations appear to be in substantial breach of God’s Roadmap Plan to Peace.
Even still God stated through Jeremiah that if these Arabs would “swear by My name,” that they would “be established in the midst of My [Jewish] people.” However, on the flip side, “if they do not obey,” God “will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation.”

The fact that Jeremiah described the affected Arabs as “evil neighbors”, who would be “plucked out”, indicates that in the foreknowledge of God, the return of the Jew into the holy land, would not be a smooth process. Otherwise he would have used substitute terms like, “good neighbors”, and “escorted out”. Hence the world now has a Middle East conflict on its hands.

At this point it should be duly noted that there is no Jewish Refugee crisis, since they have been welcomed and adequately assimilated into Israeli society. The absence of any such crises, is one less burden upon the United Nations, and also evidences that the Jewish people are operating in compliance with God’s Roadmap Plan.

More prophecy exists regarding this subject matter, and is exhaustively detailed in my book called “ISRALESTINE”; the Ancient Blueprints of the Middle East, due out July 1, 2008, from Anomalos Publishing. If you would like to know how Jeremiah’s God intends to resolve the Arab – Israeli stalemate, you are encouraged to pick up your copy of ISRALESTINE, and discover the ancient prophecies intended for your present understanding.
